Renana Shvartzvald current interest’s is Impact Investing and how to harness the power of business and investment capital to do good. She serves as the Head of ESG and Impact at Vital-Capital Fund, a Fund dedicated to improving the wellbeing of sub-Saharan African communities. She is active in initiatives aimed at mainstreaming impact investing, advancing a shared understanding of its fundamental principles, and developing the methodological tools to measure and manage impact.

Renana holds an M.A in Environmental Policy, summa cum laude, from Tel Aviv University’s Porter School of Environmental Studies and is a graduate of the Adi Lautman Interdisciplinary Program for Outstanding Students. Her research focused on developing a theoretical model as well as quantitatively explore the connection between social policies and environmental performances at a national level, focusing on its similar moral foundations.
